    Ingredients:

    AQINA Farm Pineapple Whole chicken
    3x Australia Chat Potato, peeled
    4 tbsp Baba’s Kurma powder
    1 tbsp 0101 Five-spices powder
    2x Old Ginger
    4x Red Onions
    7 cloves White Garlic
    5 Red Chili
    1 slice of Jom Masak Asam Keping-Tamarind
    100ml FreshQ Coconut milk
    6x GG Tomato Cherry Honey
    Agro Fresh Coriander
    2 tbsp Ip Chicken Flavour Stock Powder
    1x Australia Carrot
    2 tsp of salt

    Method

    Step 1 of 5

    Clean and cut whole chicken into small pieces.

    Step 2 of 5

    Blend onion, ginger, garlic, and kurma powder. Chop lemongrass, chili, and potato.

    Step 3 of 5

    Heat cooking oil in a pot, add five-spice powder and tamarind slice. Stir until fragrant.

    Step 4 of 5

    Pour in blended mixture, add chicken and potato. Cover and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat.

    Step 5 of 5

    Open lid, stir in coconut milk, chili, cherry tomatoes, salt, and chicken stock.
