    Ingredients

    1) BeyondMeat Beef Crumbles (Feisty)

    2) Diego’s GoWell Lower Carb tortilla wrap

    3) Yellow bell peppers

    4) Ripe avocado

    5) Daiya Dairy-free cheese in ‘Monterey Jack Style’

    6) Butterhead lettuce

    7) Salad of your choice


    Method

    Step 1 of 6

    Thinly slice the bell peppers.

    Step 2 of 6

    In a large pan over medium heat, add in BeyondMeat Beef Crumbles and bell peppers until soft and cooked and set them aside.

    Step 3 of 6

    Then, roughly mash avocado with a fork to make a simple guacamole.

    Step 4 of 6

    Add the vegan cheese on to the tortilla wrap and toast them for about 1 minute.

    Step 5 of 6

    Finish off by adding butterhead lettuce, BeyondMeat Beef Crumbles, peppers and guacamole.

    Step 6 of 6

    Wrap it up and transfer into a serving plate and you’re good to go!
