Braised Qra Dragonball

Ingredients:
1) 6pcs Qra Dragonball (available flavours: Fatt Choy Chicken Ball, Shiitake Chicken Ball, Dried Oyster Chicken Ball, Dried Squid Chicken Ball)
2) 1 Packet Bok Choy 1 Small Knob Ginger
3) Minced 4 Cloves of Garlic,
4) Minced 1pc Dried Squid
5) 2 tbsp Abalone Sauce
6) 1 tsp LeeKumKee Mushroom Dark Soy Sauce
7) 1 tbsp Corn Starch Coriander
8) Goji Berry for garnish
9) 500ml water for garnishMethod:
Step 1 of 1
Put dragonball into airfryer and cook it at 210°C for 20mins or until golden brown. Flip the dragonball halfway through if needed.
To Cook the Sauce:
Step 1 of 7
Saute garlic, ginger, and dried squid.
Step 2 of 7
Add water, abalone sauce, dark soy sauce, and the cooked dragon balls. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 3 of 7
In a separate pot, blanch bok choy
Step 4 of 7
Arrange the blanched bok choy around the plate. Take out the dragonballs and position them in the center.
Step 5 of 7
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with a bit of water.
Step 6 of 7
With the heat still on low, gently stir in the cornstarch slurry until the sauce thickens.
Step 7 of 7
Drizzle the sauce over the dragonballs and serve while hot.
