    A vegan-friendly twist on the classic Buffalo Wings

     

    Ingredients

    1) 1 1/2 cups Cauliflower Florets

    2) 1/4 cup Cornmeal

    3) 1 cup + 1 tbsp Rice Flour

    4) 1 cup Water

    5) 1 pinch of Paprika, Oregano, Garlic Powder, Salt, and Pepper

    6) 2 tsp Olive Oil

    7) 1/4-1/2 cup Buffalo Sauce

    8) Chives or Scallions (for garnish)

    9) Favourite Dipping Sauce (for serving)


    Method

    Step 1 of 6

    Stir the above ingredients together until you get a smooth batter consistency. If too thin, add more rice flour.

    Step 2 of 6

    Toss the cauliflower florets in the mixture and tap off excess batter and place on a parchment paper lined pan if baking or spray your air fryer with oil.

    Step 3 of 6

    Bake or air fry at 400°C for 10-15 min (or until crispy) and flip half way.

    Step 4 of 6

    Toss in buffalo sauce.

    Step 5 of 6

    Bake/air fry again for another 10 min or until crispy.

    Step 6 of 6

    Sprinkle with chives and serve with your favourite dipping sauce.
