    Ingredients

    1) 2 Large Eggs, whisked

    2) 2 cups Green Spinach

    3) 1 Whole Wheat Tortilla

    4) 2 tbsp Sun-dried Tomatoes, chopped

    5) 3pcs D’Artisan Herbed Halloumi

    6) Red Onion, thinly sliced

    7) Sauce Lab Sambal Mayo

    8) Salt, to taste

    9) Black Pepper, to taste

    10) Olive Oil


    Method

    Step 1 of 8

    Heat oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

    Step 2 of 8

    Add spinach and sauté until wilted.

    Step 3 of 8

    Season spinach with salt and pepper to taste and set aside.

    Step 4 of 8

    Add more oil in the pan and add in whisked eggs.

    Step 5 of 8

    Scramble until slightly set, about 4 to 5 minutes.

    Step 6 of 8

    Season with salt and pepper to taste then set aside.

    Step 7 of 8

    Sear halloumi until caramelised.

    Step 8 of 8

    To assemble, place all the prepped ingredients in the middle of the tortilla and fold over.Drizzle with the tahini sauce to finish.
