2) 30g Chai Huat Hin Dried Scallop
3) 6pcs Chai Huat Hin Flower Mushroom
4) 6pcs Dried Korean Oyster
5) 20gChai Huat Hin Premium Cordyceps Flower
6) 20g Premium Goji Berry
7) 1/2 Aqina Kampung Chicken
8) 2 Slices of Ginger
9) Salt as neededMethod
Step 1 of 5
Wash and soak fish maw in a large container for 3 nights with daily water change.
Step 2 of 5
Soak mushrooms for 3 hours and drain all water.
Step 3 of 5
Put all ingredients into the boiler with enough water to cover.
Step 4 of 5
Set the double boiler timer for three hours.
Step 5 of 5
Season with salt according to your taste and serve while itβs hot.
