    Ingredients

    1) 2 pieces of Salmon fillets

    2) 1 tbsp Mother In Law Gochujang

    3) 1 tbsp mirin (optional)

    4) 1 tbsp soy sauce

    5) 2 tsp brown sugar

    6) 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil

     

    To garnish

    1) Scallions, julienned

    2) Toasted sesame seeds


    Method

    Step 1 of 6

    Mix all glazed ingredients in a small bowl.

    Step 2 of 6

    Preheat the oven to 200°C. 3. Line the sheet pan with foil and spray lightly with oil.

    Step 3 of 6

    Put the salmon on the prepared sheet and season with salt. Broil 3-4 minutes.

    Step 4 of 6

    Brush the salmon with glaze and broil until desired doneness, 3 to 5 minutes depending on the thickness.

    Step 5 of 6

    Transfer to a plate and top with sesame seeds and scallions.

    Step 6 of 6

    Serve with rice if desired!
