    Ingredients

    Dry Ingredients

     

    1) 2 cups Whole Rolled Oats

    2) ½ cup Almonds, chopped

    3) ¼ cup Chia Seeds

    4) 2 tsp Cinnamon

    5) ½ tsp Salt (Wet Ingredients)

    6) ½ tsp Vanilla Extract

    7) 2 tbsp Sunflower Oil

    8) ¼ cup Honey

    9) 2 tbsp Almond Butter

     

    For Serving

     

    1) Greek yogurt

    2) Honey

    3) Blueberries

    4) Benn's Ethicoa Cacao Nibs


    Method

    Step 1 of 9

    Preheat oven to 150°C

    Step 2 of 9

    Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl.

    Step 3 of 9

    Stir together wet ingredients in a separate bowl.

    Step 4 of 9

    Mix wet mixture into the dry ingredients.

    Step 5 of 9

    Pour granola mixture onto lined baking sheet.

    Step 6 of 9

    Spread and pack mixture till 1-inch thick.

    Step 7 of 9

    Bake for 30 minutes.

    Step 8 of 9

    Periodically, rotate and use a fork to gently break the granola apart a little.

    Step 9 of 9

    Leave to cool before storing in an airtight container Perfect to serve with Greek Yogurt and all the fixings as a parfait or great on its own!
