    Ingredients

    1) RightRice, Spanish

    2) Kimchi (Vegan friendly options available in store)

    3) Wendee's tempeh

    4) Oyster mushroom

    5) Plucked kale

    6) Olive oil


    Method

    Step 1 of 4

    Place overnight salmon and rice in a steamer for approximately 10-15 minutes, allowing the rice to be soft and warm.

    Step 2 of 4

    Then, gently spread the heated rice and salmon across a serving plate. Add soy sauce, Gochujang hot sauce and kewpie mayo and mix well.

    You can also top your bowl with cubed avocado, kimchi and any other toppings to your liking.

    Step 4 of 4

    Finally, wrap a chopstick full of rice with a piece of roasted seaweed for the perfect bite and enjoy.
