    Ingredients

    1) Late July Organic Snacks Blue Corn Tortilla Chips

    2) Mrs. Renfro's Salsa Roasted Salsa

    3) Mrs Renfro's Nacho Sliced Jalapeño Peppers

    4) 1 no Avocado

    5) Red Onions, sliced

    6) 1/2 Tomato, cubed

    7) Tillamook Mexican 4 Cheese

    8) Bulla Light Sour Cream

    9) Spring Onion, chopped

    10) Lime


    Method

    Step 1 of 5

    Spread tortilla chips onto the sheet pan.

    Step 2 of 5

    Drizzle a generous amount of the salsa sauce all over, and top with shredded cheese.

    Step 3 of 5

    Pop the tray into the oven at 180°C for 10 mins or until cheese is golden brown.

    Step 4 of 5

    Top with red onions, tomatoes, jalapeño slices and generous dollops of sour cream.

    Step 5 of 5

    Finish with cubed avocado & spring onions for freshness.
