    Ingredients:

    1) 400g of Royale Queen Premium Pusa Basmathi Rice
    2) 500g of Australian Grain Fed Brisket Block
    3) 1x Big Red Onion
    4) 3x Rose Small Onions
    5) 7x Cloves White Garlic
    6) 2x Inch Old Ginger
    7) 1x Big Red Tomato
    8) 2 tbsp Baba's Kurma Powder
    9) 2 tbsp Baba's Biryani Powder
    10) 1 tbsp 0101 Five-spices powder
    11) 1 tbsp FreshQ Kerisik
    12) 60g Cap Ikan Bulan Asam Jawa
    13) 15g Sing Long Belacan Block
    14) 7x Small Red Chillies
    15) 20g 0101 Black Pepper Coarse
    16) 2 tbsp Mahsuri Oyster Sauce
    17) 2x Pandan Leaves
    18) 2 tbsp Kerrygold P Irish Salted Butter
    19) 1x FreshQ Lime
    20) 30g of Sun-Maid US Raisins
    21) 100ml Carnation Malaysia Evaporated Creamer
    22) 2 tbsp Ip Chicken Flavour Stock Powder
    23) 1 stalk Agro Fresh Coriander, chopped
    24) 1 stalk Agro Fresh Chinese Celery, chopped
    25) 2 tsp of Double Swallow Salt
    26) 1/2 cup King Rice Bran Oil Rice Bran Oil

    Method

    Step 1 of 7

    Soak 400g of basmati rice for 30 minutes.

    Step 2 of 7

    Boil 500g of meat with garlic and ginger.

    Step 3 of 7

    Prepare the kuah asam:
    (a) Chop red onion, small onions, tomato, and chili, and place them in a bowl.
    (b) Blend tamarind paste water, shrimp paste, and garlic with salt and sugar.
    Pour the blended ingredients (b) into the bowl with ingredients (a).

    Squeeze lime juice and add 1 tablespoon of kerisik. Stir everything together and keep it in the fridge.

    Step 5 of 7

    Clear and drain the soaked basmati rice. Chop shallots, a big onion, ginger, garlic, tomato, and coriander. Heat a pan with cooking oil, then add the chopped ingredients, five-spice powder, butter, kurma, biryani powder, and chicken stock. Stir well. Add the rice, boiled meat water, salt, and raisins. Cook over medium heat for 20 minutes.

    Marinate the meat with black pepper, oyster sauce, and salt for 5 minutes. Bake for 10 minutes, then slice it.

    Prepare the soup by adding salt, chicken stock, celery, and coriander leaves.
