    Ingredients:

    1) 1 can of Italianavera Canned Cherry Tomatoes - Buy Here!
    2) La Molisana Rigatoni Pasta
    3) 3 cloves Garlic (crushed)
    4) Basil as needed
    5) Parmigiano Reggiano
    6) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    7) Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
    8) 4 Qra Italian Chicken Sausages


    Method

    Ā 

    To Make:

    Step 1 of 6

    Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the crushed garlic until it softens. Then add red pepper flakes (if using) and some of the basil.

    Step 2 of 6

    Add the canned cherry tomatoes.

    Step 3 of 6

    Simmer for 15 minutes, and add salt and pepper to taste.

    Step 4 of 6

    Cook pasta in water (with salt and oil) for 3 minutes less than the suggested cooking time; drain it and add to the sauce. Cook both together for 2-3 more minutes until the pasta is cooked.

    Step 5 of 6

    Turn the heat to low and add the Parmigiano cheese a handful at a time while mixing everything together well. You want the cheese to melt in the hot sauce.

    Step 6 of 6

    Serve immediately with fresh basil leaves and extra cheese if required.

    For Sausages:

    Step 1 of 3

    Boil the sausages for 12 minutes.

    Step 2 of 3

    Pan-sear with olive oil over medium-high heat until it browns for 2-3 minutes.

    Step 3 of 3

    Serve with your Pasta Allo Scarpariello.
