    A dish that'll make both the heart and tummy happy with its comforting, savoury and umami notes - Making you wish you made more

     

    Ingredients

    1) 1 pack of Marutai Ramen

    2) 1 egg

    3) 1 Yellow Onion (sliced)

    4) 2-3 slices of ham, halved, pan-fried, green onions, greed onions (chopped), water


    Method

    Step 1 of 8

    Fill a small pot about halfway with water and bring to a boil.

    Step 2 of 8

    Carefully lower the egg into the pot.

    Step 3 of 8

    Set a timer for seven minutes. Try to keep the water at a brisk simmer without jostling the egg around more than necessary.

    Step 4 of 8

    While the egg boils, fill a medium bowl about halfway with lots of ice and cold water.

    Step 5 of 8

    When the timer rings, take the egg out right away, place in the ice water, and let sit until cool enough to peel.

    Step 6 of 8

    Place ramen and seasoning packets in a large soup bowl. Add hot water until it covers the noodles. Cover the bowl with a plate and leave for 8 minutes.

    Step 7 of 8

    Place the ham and green onions on the noodles. Halve the egg and place one half as a topping.

    Step 8 of 8

    Serve while still hot!
