Make strawberry jell-o as per the packet's instructions. Once firm, cut into large cubes. Leave chilled until needed.

Boil the sago pearls until translucent. Remove and place in a sieve/strainer. Immediately soak in iced water to cool down.

In a measuring jug, add rose essence to fresh milk and stir.
Step 4 of 4
To assemble for each cup, start with the cubed strawberry jelly, followed by sago pearls, then 1/4 tsp of chia seeds and lastly rose milk.
