Mix cocoa, honey and salt in a saucepan. Stir in water.

Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, stir continuously.

Pour in the milk and heat gently. Avoid boiling the mixture past this point.

Remove from heat, add vanilla extract.

Top with whipped cream, mini marshmallows and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
