    Ingredients

    1) 1 fillet Ōra King salmon

    2) 2 bowls overnight Japanese rice

    3) Kewpie Malaysia Mayonnaise, as needed

    4) 1 no Avocado

    5) Gochujang hot sauce, as needed

    6) 1 pack Manjun Organic Seaweed Snack

    7) 2 tbsp Mu Artisan Soy Sauce

    8) Kimchi, as needed


    Method

    Step 1 of 6

    Place overnight salmon and rice in a steamer, reheat until rice is soft and warm.

    Step 2 of 6

    Slice half of an avocado into cubes and leave it aside.

    Step 3 of 6

    Gently flake your salmon and spread it and heated rice across a plate.

    Step 4 of 6

    Add a dash of soy sauce, gochujang hot sauce and Kewpie mayo on top. Mix all the ingredients together.

    Step 5 of 6

    Optional, but top your bowl with half a sliced avocado, kimchi and any other sides to your liking.

    Wrap a chopstick-full of rice with a piece of roasted sweetened for the perfect bite and enjoy!
