    Ingredients

    1) Ryoco Be Vegan, vegan satay skewers

    2) Ohayo organic virgin coconut oil

    3) Marion’s Kitchen original Thai spicy satay marinade & sauce

    4) Red onions

    5) Cucumber


    Method

    Step 1 of 3

    Pan-fry Ryoco Be Vegan’s Vegan Satay Skewers with coconut oil in a large saucepan on medium high heat until it turns golden brown and fragrant. Transfer it to a serving plate.

    Step 2 of 3

    Then, chop and garnish red onion and cucumber on the side.

    Step 3 of 3

    Finally, serve with Marion’s Original Thai Spicy Satay Sauce!

    Tips

    You can add Nasi Impit on the side if you want a more fulfilling meal!
